Thanksgiving Outreach
28 saved; 250 people fed

Following Love In Action President Mike Shroades' message about the love of Jesus Christ, 28 people came forward to publicly accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. This is the third year Love In Action has hosted the Thanksgiving Outreach with its home church, The Potter's House. In the past three years we have fed more than 600 people Thanksgiving dinner and more than 60 people have received Jesus Christ. That's something to be truly thankful for, and we couldn't have done it without the many volunteers and the gifts from our faithful partners from all across the nation.

Mike gives Love In Action volunteer Debbie Dubose a hug when the Thanksgiving Outreach concluded. Debbie did a wonderful job organizing the food and serving part of the outreach. This makes the second year Debbie has organized this outreach and both years she has done an awesome job. It's volunteers like Debbie that makes Love In Action successful for the glory of God.

Love In Action Praise and Worship leader Brad Garrett (playing the piano) and Love In Action volunteer Todd Mock lead praise and worship. The night was filled with great music, preaching, food and fellowship.
