The Love In Action team prepares to handout a truckload of items to the homeless in Atlanta on this chilly February afternoon. The truck was loaded with Bibles, blankets, coats, food and drinks. |

Love In Action President Mike Shroades, center, and volunteer Jeremy Swasey, far right, lead two homeless men in prayer. The Love In Action team ministered to hundreds of homeless men and women. Some of them accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. |

This homeless man draws a picture on his new coat that he received from Love In Action. He was a very talented artist. The streets are filled with talented men and women. All some of them need is a hand-up and encouragement to land on their feet again. |

Mike Shroades shares the Word of God with a homeless man. This man was praying for revival in a shelter he was staying in. It was his heart's desire to see the other men in his same situation saved and delivered from the streets through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Many of the homeless were new to the streets as a large plant in Atlanta had recently shutdown. So many people are just one pay check away from living on the streets. |

This precious little child lives in a very poor neighborhood in the heart of Atlanta's inner city. It's very sad to know that she lives in a drug-invested, violent environment. These are the people we try to reach. Thanks to your prayers and support we have been able to reach out to thousands of homeless and poor children, teens and adults throughout the nation. Our prayers are that the Lord will use Love In Action to help bring the love of Jesus Christ in to our nation's inner cities. Jesus is the only one who can change the current situation in America. Pray for the protection of all the children like this one, and that revival will break loose in the inner cities of America. |
